All services we provide are non-refundable in any situation. However, if a unique circumstance arises, our team will assess the case based on its specific details.

Once the work is confirmed by both the client and CDR Australia Service, and the initial payment has been processed, any decision by the client to discontinue the work will not result in a refund.

Before starting the assessment, please ensure you fully understand your eligibility. We cannot be held responsible for any refunds in cases of incorrect eligibility.
